It is with the welfare of our students in mind that we propose a viable alternative to our community. In light of the current events, we have decided to suspend our Adult Day Programs and introduce Ace School Days. 

 

Ace School Days will provide an educational haven with a more controlled environment. As a learning center, Ace Academics has the resources and qualified personnel to allow your scholar to continue their academic journey with as little distraction as possible. 

 

We will be opening our doors to all learners K-8th grades from 8:10am-2:20pm and providing the core instruction, daily exercise and recreation during this uncertain period of time. We will be offering a total of 30 seats, and segmenting each grade for more guided instruction. The day will be broken into the following schedule:
 

8:10 - 8:30      Drop-offs, attendance, homework collection

8:30 - 9:15      Math coursework

9:15 - 10:00    Math Test Prep

10:00 - 10:45   ELA coursework

10:45 - 11:30   ELA Test Prep

11:30 - 12:30   Lunch Break (bagged lunches)

12:30 - 1:30     Recreational time

1:30 - 2:20       Physical Education

 

Ace School Days will not interfere with any of the core programming that Ace currently offers, including Afterschool and Tutoring programs. We will routinely sanitize our workspace in between and at the conclusion of each program. 

 

In the event that you are interested in enrolling your child, it is imperative that we align your scholar’s current coursework with our instruction. We ask that you correspond with your scholar’s school teachers and get the upcoming material including all classwork, homework, and projects.

For students currently enrolled in either our Academic Afterschool or Tutoring Programs- $50/day

For new sign-ups- $60/day

We are currently monitoring the decisions made by New York City regarding the spread of COVID-19 for this upcoming week. We will notify you of the opening of enrollment in our next announcement.
