In preparation for the jam-packed ELA Exam, we like to divide the course material into subcategories that are of greatest emphasis as proposed by the NYS Dept. of Education.

Below is an example of how we organize the program to help our students do the very best that they can.

Session 2: Writing-Short Responses

Week 2-

Session 1: Drawing Conclusions/ Making Predictions

Week 3-

Session 1: Context Clues/ Sequencing

Session 2: Writing- Essay Construction (Intro, Body, Conclusion)

Session 1: Cause & Effect, Compare/Contrast, and Fact & Opinion

NYS Math

Prep Course

Our NYS Math Prep Course is structured differently than our ELA Course due to each grade having it's own subcategories pertaining to levels of focus, fluency, and understanding.

3rd Grade:

Week 1 & Week 2- Operations & Algebraic Thinking

Week 3- Numbers and Operations with Fractions

Week 4- Measurement and Data
